Payment & InsuranceSessions & Fees
Each session is 50 minutes long, and usually occurs weekly. There are times when it is appropriate to meet more or less frequently depending on the client’s current needs. The fee per session is $200.
Payment & Policy
I accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards. You will be expected to pay for each session at the time it is held.
I uphold a 48-hour cancellation policy. Clients must cancel or reschedule an appointment 48 hours in advance or they will be responsible for paying the full session fee.
Insurance
I accept PPO health insurance plans as an “out-of-network” provider. I will provide you with a Superbill at the end of each month via email which you will then be able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The insurance company will then reimburse you directly. However, you will be responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of each scheduled appointment. I recommend checking with your insurance company ahead of time to find out what your coverage is for therapy services with an out-of-network provider.

- Does my insurance plan include mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my annual deductible, what is its start date, and has it been met yet?
- How many sessions does my health insurance cover per year?
Mental health services may also be covered by your HSA, Flex Plan, or Medical Savings Account.
